If you feel an item was damaged during shipment please do not use the item in question and contact us immediately. WARRANTY POLICIES

All warranty issues are handled with the manufacturer Check instruction manual or manufacturer website for warranty details Customers who receive defective radio controlled products and products with missing contents must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement and/or warranty repair.

RETURN POLICIES

Items must be unopened and factory sealed and are subject to a 20% restocking fee Items older than 14 days cannot be returned ALL SALES FINAL after 14 days Customer pays for return shipping We do not accept any returns for used Radio Control products, as they will be returned directly back to the customer at their expense. Items returned within 14 days please allow 10-14 business days for refund
